AGREEMENT

 

By purchasing from Zoè Delautre Art you automatically agree to our Terms & Conditions below.

 

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

 

All orders are shipped using the U.K. Royal Mail Postal Service. Shipping costs are calculated so that all orders are sent using a signed for and/or tracked service. The customer will be provided with a tracking number once their order is shipped so that they can check for updates on their order.

 

All U.K. based orders are shipped using a signed for service with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days.

 

International orders are shipped using a signed for and/or tracked service (depending on delivery options available for each country) Delivery time will vary depending on country of order, please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery of international orders. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly before placing your order if you would like to know an estimated delivery time for your region.

 

International orders may be subject to import and tax duties. Additional charges will be the customer’s responsibility. Zoè Delautre Art has no control over these additional charges and accepts no responsibility for additional overseas costs.

 

Some of our products, such as giclée image reproductions, are printed on demand once order is placed. Please allow 2-3 working days for the order to be printed and packaged before being shipped.

 

Customers must provide Zoè Delautre Art with any necessary delivery instructions for their order.

 

Orders are sent to the delivery address provided to Zoè Delautre Art by the customer. Customers must ensure they provide Zoè Delautre Art with the correct delivery information.

LOSS & DAMAGES

 

Customers must notify Zoè Delautre Art immediately if their order arrives damaged or is lost in transit by the delivery service.

 

If a customer receives their goods damaged by the delivery service, the customer must keep the product(s) and packaging and provide Zoè Delautre Art with evidence of their damaged order (i.e. pictures) Zoè Delautre Art will contact the delivery service provider to claim compensation for the damages.

 

Customers are not required to return to Zoè Delautre Art any damaged items they receive.

 

If a customer’s order is lost in transit by the delivery service the customer must notify Zoè Delautre Art immediately. Zoè Delautre Art will contact the delivery service provider to claim compensation for the lost items.

 

Zoè Delautre Art will refund customers, including shipping costs, after they provide evidence that their order was lost or damaged in transit by the delivery service.

 

Zoè Delautre Art takes great care to ensure that all orders are shipped safely packaged and will not send to customers any damaged products.

 

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

 

Customers can cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods and have another 14 days to return them from the date they've made the cancellation.

 

We will refund customers including the cost of original shipping, within 14 days of receiving their cancelled order. The cost of return shipping will be the customers' responsibility and will not be refunded by the seller.

 

Customers can also request an exchange of the item they purchased for another item of the same category and same price (i.e. another giclée print of same price)

 

The customer can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, and they must return their original order within 14 days of their return request being accepted. An exchange item will be sent to the customer within 14 days of receiving their return.

 

The customer must use a tracked delivery service to return their order and provide Zoè Delautre Art with proof of post in all cases, in order for us to complete a full refund.

 

Please ensure that the goods are safely packed and in their original protective wrapping before returning. Returned items must be undamaged and with no visible signs of use. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products are returned safely and undamaged.
